Terms and Conditions for Timed Post

Welcome to Timed Post.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Timed Post website and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using Timed Post, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) What Timed Post Does

Timed Post is a social media management tool that helps you draft, schedule, and publish content across supported platforms from one place. Features may include content calendars, drafts, scheduling, workspaces, analytics, and integrations.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your country to use Timed Post. The Service is not intended for children.

3) Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Service is being used in a harmful, illegal, or abusive way.

4) Connected Social Platforms (Including YouTube)

Timed Post may connect to third-party platforms (for example: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube) using their APIs.

If you use Timed Post with YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Your use of any third-party platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, rules, and policies. Timed Post is not responsible for changes, outages, enforcement actions, or restrictions made by third-party platforms.

5) Your Content and Permissions

• You keep ownership of the content you create and upload (text, images, videos, captions, etc).
• You give Timed Post permission to host, process, and publish your content only as needed to provide the Service (for example: saving drafts, generating previews, and posting to the accounts you connect).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post any content you submit (including music, images, videos, brand assets, and client materials).

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Timed Post for illegal activity or to violate any platform rules.
• Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
• Use automation in a way that is abusive or harmful (spam, scams, fake engagement, etc).

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts if we believe you are violating these Terms.

7) Payments, Plans, and Changes

If Timed Post offers paid plans:

• Prices, features, and plan limits may change over time.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Subscription billing terms (renewals, cancellations) will be shown at checkout or inside the app.

If you are using an early access or beta version, some features may change, move, or be removed.

8) Refunds

If Timed Post offers refunds, the refund rules will be shown at purchase or inside the app. If no refund policy is displayed, refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

9) Privacy

Timed Post collects and uses personal data to operate the Service, including account details, billing data (where applicable), and social authentication tokens/keys required for connected platforms.

10) Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

11) Service Availability and Disclaimer

Timed Post is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep things reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform change.

Third-party platforms may limit, block, or change API access at any time. That is outside our control.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Timed Post will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Timed Post in the previous 30 days (or zero if you have not paid us).

13) Termination

You may stop using Timed Post at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms,
• your use creates risk or legal exposure,
• or we discontinue the Service.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of Timed Post after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless local consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
